Our Director
Dr. Krista Karch has been immersed in the field of education for over 25 years with her dedicated focus of supporting growth and opportunities for all learners. Dr. Karch’s academic contributions have spanned both the private and public sector through her roles as an elementary, middle, and high school teacher, district administrator, and educational consultant.
Dr. Karch serves as a collaborative, strategic partner to community organizations, district leaders, state representatives, chambers of commerce, and higher education committee members engaged in developing and implementing key initiatives in the area of curriculum, instruction, assessment, technology, global education, and wellness.
Additionally, Dr. Karch is a member of Harvard University’s Global Education Think Tank, serves on the Capella University PreK-12 Educational Advisory Board as an advocate for advancements in online learning, and an international speaker
dedicated to promoting progressive educational advancements through the lens of global education, technology, and wellness for all learners.
Dr. Karch is driven by the belief that educational opportunities lead to success for individuals. Working together with her clients, she is committed to navigating the pathways that ensure each person's ability to thrive.
